Spanish Gazpacho perfect for summer, very refreshing! I can eat – drink it every day and I always have some in my fridge…

Ingredients for Gazpacho:
Green paprika
Salt & optional pepper
Vinegar & extra virgin olive oil

You need a mixer – blender or thermomixer
