This newly opened restaurant is from the same owner as the popular Japanese Tora both are in the neighbourhood Ruzafa in Valencia.
They are specialised in Ramen. I had my Japanese friend with me who explained to me that this is a very popular dish in Japan and that quality of the broth is very important and that it takes lots of time to make, so mostly it is a dish you get in a bar specialised in ramen.
The decor of the restaurant and the menu card are pretty basic but that is what fits this concept. Enough delicious dishes to choose from. We had some edamame and amazing gyoza to share with a Valencian white wine.
The ramen was delicious way better than any noodles I have ever had. The portion was really big and I could not finish but o my…. I truly tried!!
Service is quick and you can have a look in the kitchen where the Japanese owner is making his art!
My friend told me in that in Japan she would also eat ramen after partying !! Wel I can tell you I like this idea much better than a kebab 😉
Tip: go early to Ramen Kuma as they do not take reservations.
